He wants his friend or one of his family member but I don't know but He wants her to stand by him all the time

In literacy we have been learning about untamed and the meaning We listened to two songs, they were Treasure By Bruno Mars and Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson.
We discussed and brainstormed the song title meanings.
We then looked at the lyrics and what they meant.
Treasure By Bruno Mars is about A girl that he got  she was a special girl.
Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson is about He has changed  his life.

In reading we are learning to be good readers. To be a good reader you ask questions before, during and after you read something. We are leaning to ask different types of questions. They are Think & search,Author and me,Right there Questions. This week we looked at a photo. As a group we have to come up with some questions about this photo.

In reading I have been leaning how to predict. I use my prior knowledge and clues from the picture or the text to predict. I  had to use my prior knowledge about being alone in the forest and clues from the picture to predict what would happen next.

Prior Knowledge about being in a forest or woods alone. Trees,leaves rustling on the tree,dark,scared,stars,moss on the trees.

Clues From the Picture The monster is 3 times bigger than the girl. The monster looks like a stuffed teddy bear. The monster is fluffy,has 3 eyes,2 horns,the monster does not  look scary at all.the little girl is skipping,whistling or singing. The monster is trying to hide behind the tree.

My Prediction… What will happen next? The girl will see the monster and ask the monster if it wants to play with her or come back where she came from. She was not scared of the monster.

This week in writing we have been learning to use adjectives. We read the story "The best part of me" by Wendy Ewald. Next we barnstormed ideas about our best body part.This is my writing.What is your best body part and why?

The best thing about me is My hands My hands are the best part of me because

if I didn't have them I couldn't grasp a  ball to throw it.when I am playing in the playground at school I pull myself up using my hands.my dog ruby, to do jobs for the teachers. But thank god I do have my hand.  

ANZAC Biscuits

ANZAC Biscuits

This week we have been learning about ANZAC today we make ANZAC biscuits. Made of Sugar,flour,rolled oats,golden syrup,butter-no eggs so they do not go off. 1921-first recipe in a cook book. Mums,wives and children made the biscuits. Some were sent to soldiers and most of them were sold at fetes to get raise money for the war. The raised 6.5 million pounds for the for the New Zealand war effort.

Don´t let the pigeon stay up late!

I think he should not stay up late because he will have to get up really really early and  do heaps of fun things but he will not what to do it because he will be so tired he will not what to get out of bed and he said that he will stay in bed all day.

He will be grumpy in the morning.

He will might have a busy day tomorrow.

If he sleep’s early he might get a treat the next day.

Getting stuck in a bosh

Getting stack in a bush

I am in a creepy forest I am so scared,  I trip then I land in a bush and i got stuck and i am so lonely i have no friends with me at all. I tried to get out of the bosh. but i gave up then i keep on trying and trying the hole time but i Nelly got out. i keep on trying then i finely go out. i did not now where i was i forgot about it. I do not now the way out of this forest i wold and wold anthill i go out but i did get out. What i remember i have my phone in my posit  i will call my dad so he can come and pick me up out of this creepy forest. Ya my dad is here he came and picked me up. I was so happy i gave my dad a big hug and i said thank you so much dad.

It was a nice morning then i thane the radon to lichen to some music and then the news toned on then i listens and the news people seed there was some whales on the beech so i rushed done in my car to the beech and get heaps of bu kits and give some of them to help me put some whiter on them fast tow. 11 of them died i feel so sad rite now i have never seen that before in my life.

The animal that i chose to adopt is the

Wind Weather

Boy it is hot today can you feel the hot sun?

Weather is what happens outside of the window.

Wind is so cold and my face is so freezing and my hair is so messy and you can see the trees is like wobbling like a bubble and it’s look crazy and the leaves keep falling Wind is the air moving.

It’s look so good today is so sunny and sometimes is gonna be cloudy and rainy.It’s so cold and windy here!!

I love rainy days because i like to do inside activities and inside i like to sit next to the fire cozen it is women. Wind is the air moving. Rain is water coming down from the clouds.
